THERE IS REALLY ONLY ONE RULE AND THAT IS “PLEASE ENJOY YOUR STAY”
However to protect both parties a list of "Dos and Dont's" is set out below
CHECK-IN TIME is AFTER 9.15 AM AND CHECKOUT is no later than 12.00 noon or by arrangement
This is a NON SMOKING property, any smoking inside will incur a special deep cleaning charge of £250. Please do not smoke anywhere within the property boundary.
KOSHER KITCHEN The kitchen is kosher DAIRY and we ask that guests respect Kashrus rules regarding kosher food in general and separating meat and milk in particular. ONLY KOSHER SUPERVISED FOOD, OR THAT ON THE KLBD LIST MAY BE BROUGHT INTO THE PROPERTY. The microwave, dishwasher, surfaces, pans, crockery and cutlery are all dairy. Ready cooked Meat Meals can be used but the surfaces must be covered . The oven can be used for both meat and milk but not at the same time and must be covered whilst cooking/heating. Disposables are provided for meaty use but there may be some items or utensils in the flat that are meaty which will be clearly labeled. If there is any infringement we reserve the right to charge a kashering fee of £250
LOST KEYS for each key lost there will be a charge of £12.50
PETS are not permitted under any conditions
THERE IS NO LIFT, THE PROPERTY IS UNSUITABLE FOR ANYONE WHO CANNOT CLIMB STAIRS
PARKING : Street parking is usually available. Parking is not allowed across ANY part of the drive. Renters must obtain permission of the Owner should this be necessary for visitors etc.
Any breach of this condition may result in a parking fine from Barnet Parking Enforcement
CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS OLD, We are very happy to make provision for and welcome babies and young children. Please take extra care when feeding/changing etc. so that carpets, beds, flooring and soft furnishings are not soiled or damaged. Disposable Diapers, wipes and liners must not be flushed down the toilets, this will block the drains and result in a £250 charge
SECURITY/RESERVATION DEPOSIT - A holding deposit of £200 is required. This must be received within 7 days of booking the holiday property. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within 7 days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. No charges are incurred due to illegal activity, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in rubbish bin and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. No linens, carpets or furniture & furnishings are lost or damaged. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law enforcement
PAYMENT – An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Please make payments by bank transfer or Paypal.The advance payment is not a security deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due thirty days (30) days before your arrival date.
CANCELLATIONS –
A sixty 60 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
FALSIFIED BOOKINGS – Any booking obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
WATER – The properties in the area have Victorian drains and, whilst these are sound and effective, they will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products, diapers, liners, wipes etc. should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that anything other than toilet paper, have been flushed and clog the drainage system, you could be charged damages of up to two hundred and fifty pounds (£250).
The Owners assume no responsibility for illness , injury or loss to renters or their property for the duration of the stay.
We recommend you take out travel and/or appropriate insurance for your stay.
